  • Weekly Nutrition Tip from UIC

    WHAT AM I EATING?!?!
    In a previous tip, we focused on food labels and how to read them. Besides telling you how many calories, servings, grams of fat, grams of protein, grams of carbs, grams of fiber, vitamins and minerals are in the food or drink, the label tells you what ingredients were used to make the product. Start reading the ingredient list on the packages to see what exactly you are putting into your body.
