Involving New Rowers

The survey asked about factors which are understood to have the greatest impact on involving new rowers to learn and engage in the sport. For the majority of respondents, the greatest factor was making the sport more easily available to underserved individuals, a fact recognized by the USRowing task force and CTC. Another very important factor is the development of new boathouses.
